Park County Inmate Visitation
The jail's Park County visitation page sets the schedule and appointment rules. Each inmate gets a total of two hours of visitation per week, with ordinary visits limited to one hour. Those rules matter because a custody match alone does not authorize a visit; scheduling, dress, conduct, and prior incarceration limits still apply.
Professional visits by attorneys, bondsmen, probation and parole officers, law enforcement officials, and clergy may occur at any reasonable hour after proper credentials and identification are presented.

PREA information is also linked from the jail source. PREA applies to federal, state, and local jails, prisons, police lockups, private facilities, and community settings, so it is part of the custody environment even though it is not an inmate search field.
Park County Inmate Bond Rights
The Park County sheriff's Right To Bond Requirements page cites C.R.S. 16-4-102. Arrestees must be brought before a court for bond setting as soon as practicable and no later than 48 hours after arrival at the jail unless extraordinary circumstances exist. Once a personal recognizance bond or cash bond is set and ready, release must occur as soon as practicable and no later than six hours after the person returns to or is present at the jail, again absent extraordinary circumstances.
The sheriff also states that bond fees, booking fees, and other debts are not required to secure release on a money bond. The payor only needs to pay the bond amount. Chargeable post-release debt may include a $10 bond fee and a credit card payment fee up to 3.5 percent. Bond can be posted by bondsman, in-person cash, or JailATM.

Bond details can change after advisement, warrant return, or court order, so a roster result should be paired with direct jail or court confirmation before payment.
Park County Jail vs Prison
County jail custody is local and may cover pretrial detention, short sentences, holds, and people waiting for transfer. Colorado DOC custody is state prison custody after sentencing or state transfer. Federal BOP custody is separate from both. A failed Park County inmate search does not prove the person is free; it may mean the person is under a different agency, in another county, or listed under a different spelling.
