Park County Court Docket Basics

Search Park County Court Dockets
The official state route is the Colorado Judicial Branch docket search. Park County's court page links to Find Dockets for Park County Docket Search. On the statewide form, select Park County, 11th Judicial District, or Park Combined Court, then enter the required date range plus another filter. The live system may expose party, attorney, case number, judge, courtroom, or related fields depending on site behavior.

Park County Courts With Dockets
Park County is part of Colorado's state-administered trial court system. The Park County Combined Court houses District Court and County Court functions in Fairplay. District Court handles felony criminal cases, civil cases in any amount, domestic relations, juvenile, probate, mental health, and appeals from county court. County Court handles misdemeanors, traffic infractions, felony complaints before transfer, small claims, protection orders, and civil cases under $25,000.
Fairplay Municipal Court is separate from Park County Combined Court. It handles Town of Fairplay ordinance, municipal criminal, traffic, animal, parking, and photo radar matters. Some citations go to Fairplay Municipal Court and some go to Park County Combined Court. The citation itself is the best source for the filing court.

Federal Dockets for Park County
Federal cases involving Park County residents are not searched through Park County Combined Court. Colorado is one federal judicial district, and federal trial-court matters are handled by the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
